MG - partially blind but still found love at first sight

Henrico Humane rescued Michael George (MG) from a breeder who no longer wanted him.  Once we took him in, we found that he was visually impaired. After a series of appointments with the ophthalmologist and several surgeries, he has limited vision in one eye and is blind in the other eye. This medical care cost about $3,000. Henrico Humane had these extra funds available from its annual Dollars for Dogs campaign.

Despite his visual impairment, it was love at first sight when MG met his adopters at the Pet Expo in January 2020. Nowadays, you will find Michael George as happy as can be with his new family. They love him, and he adores them. He gets lots of exercise and is in great shape. And he is the best quarantine buddy - always ready for couch duty!!
