Hot Shot in his Happy Spot

Even in a pandemic, there is still reason to celebrate! Hot Shot and his family are celebrating Hot Shot’s 11th Gotcha Day Anniversary. When Hot Shot was adopted, he was around 4 or 5 years old. Nowadays, he can be described as an executive-level senior citizen.

Here are some words from Hot Shot’s family:
“We consider ourselves lucky to be his family.  He moves slowly now and sleeps a lot, but he is cared for and comfortable. However, he is still able to go toe-to-toe (paw-to-paw) with his chi-mix brother, Harley, when treats are being handed out! As his mommy, he has a very special place in my heart because Hot Shot and my children have all grown up together. Thank you for finding us Hot Shot. He is our sweet boy, and as he progresses through his golden years he will always feel our love.”

We are so happy for Hot Shot and his wonderful family. As you can see from the “now and then” photos of Hot Shot and his human brother, a lot has changed in 11 years, but the love between a family and their pet never waivers! (PS - a big congratulations to the graduate!)
