The 17th Annual Pet Expo is a unique indoor event where you can bring your pet to enjoy a day of fun and excitement with the whole family!

Over 50 exhibitors that sell animal-related goods and services will be on hand, plus many animal rescue groups. Activities are scheduled throughout the day, many of which you can do with your pet!

All proceeds benefit Henrico Humane Society and help homeless animals in the community.

Admission
Admission $12 for adults
$5 for children 2-12
Free for children under 2 and pets

There are additional charges for some activities.

Exhibitor Information
The event is a great opportunity to get exposure to over 2,000 pet lovers!

10’ x 10’ Exhibitor spaces are available for $175 through March 10. After the Early Bird deadline, the price increases to $200. Early bird pricing for non-profit organizations is $50; after March 10 the price increases to $75.

The final deadline to submit registration is March 24. More details are available on the exhibitor contract.

Advertising Opportunities
Looking for additional exposure for your business? Can’t attend the event but still want to reach hundreds of pet lovers? Consider advertising in the event program (1,500 copies will be distributed to attendees):

Third Page ad (4.25” w x 2.5” h) – $25
Half page ad (4.25” w x 3.875” h) – $50
Full page ad (4.25” w x 8” h) – $75

All art will appear in black and white, no bleeds. Please send your ad exactly as you wish it to appear in the program. Ads must be in camera-ready format or in any of the common graphical files (.jpg, .eps, .pdf). All files should be at 300 dpi resolution.

All ads must be submitted to kristin.smolenski@drivesmartva.org by March 24.

Silent Auction donation
Another way to participate in the event is to donate an item to be used in one of the Silent Auctions. Contact Cara Salman if you have an item or service you’d like to donate.

Rules for Participation
For the safety of your pet and others around you:

  • All animals must be leashed or in a carrier at all times.
  • Retractable leashes must be locked at no more than 6’.
  • All animals must be at least 4 months old.
