To the 2016 Annual Pet Expo!
The 16th Annual Pet Expo is a unique indoor event where you can bring your pet to enjoy a day of fun and excitement with the whole family!
Over 50 exhibitors that sell animal-related goods and services will be on hand, plus many animal rescue groups. Activities are scheduled throughout the day, many of which you can do with your pet!
All proceeds benefit Henrico Humane Society and help homeless animals in the community!
What kind of activities are planned?

Is there a cost for admission?
Admission $10 for adults
$5 for children 2-12
Free for children under 2 and pets
There are additional charges for some activities.
How do I become an exhibitor?
10’ x 10’ Exhibitor spaces are available for $175 through March 11th. After the Early Bird deadline, the price increases to $200. Early bird pricing for non-profit organizations is $50; after March 11th the price increases to $75.
The final deadline to submit registration is March 30th. More details are available from the attached Exhibitor Contract.
What about advertising opportunities?
If you’re not able to attend the event but are interested in the exposure Pet Expo can provide to pet lovers, consider advertising in the event program. 1,000 copies will be distributed to attendees and advertising opportunities range from $25 to $75. The deadline to submit ads is March 25th

All art will appear in black and white, no bleeds. Please send your ad exactly as you wish it to appear in the program. Ads must be in camera-ready format or in any of the common graphical files (.jpg, .eps, .pdf). All files should be at 300 dpi resolution. All ads must be submitted by October 10. Art can be sent via e-mail.

What will the money raised at Pet Expo be used for?
The majority of the money raised through admission fees will be used to cover medical expenses for the animals in our care. In 2015 we spent $170,000 on doctor visits, medications, surgical procedures and other medical-related expenses which adoption fees don’t entirely cover.
Can′t come to the event, but still want exposure to pet lovers attending Pet Expo?
Consider advertising in the event program.
You can also donate an item to be used in the Silent Auction. The emcee routinely announces many items available in the auction over the loudspeaker for all attendees to hear. Contact us if you have an item to donate but will not be attending the event.
